We are an award winning construction company based in Colwyn Bay, North Wales. Established in 1984, we have many years of experience in the construction industry which enables us to offer a complete range of services to suit the requirements of our clients. Services
Based in Colwyn Bay, our location is ideal to manage projects throughout Wales, North West England and the Midlands.
Our operation extends outside of this geographical area for schemes which we believe can benefit from our experience and expertise.
Our projects range from Infrastructure, Groundwork and Renewable Energy to Education, Commercial and Industrial Buildings for a client base including commercial companies, major retailers, government authorities and local councils.
In partnership with both public and private sectors, Jennings undertake the full range of Construction activities for large and small scale projects, employing the best people, technical and financial resources to ensure the best quality and cost effective solution for its customers.
Our workforce is the foundation of our business and we ensure that our employees have the right resources, in terms of plant, equipment and PPE to perform their work effectively.
We are committed to training our work force to maintain and develop their skills and to introducing new entrants to the industry.
We pride ourselves on the quality and diversity of our managerial, technical and support staff and on the capabilities of our specialist and multi-skilled operatives.
Staff development and training is vital to the success of the company, and we run regular programmes so that people at all levels - from operatives to senior managers - can learn new skills or develop their capabilities.
Over the years we have developed long term relationships with many clients, and we aim to get involved in projects at an early stage so that we can use our technical and financial skills to add value and reduce costs.
We have a reputation for delivering complete construction solutions and for working in partnership with clients and our supply chain.
We recognise the importance of understanding how the project will impact on end users.
We are able to advise clients on approaches that unlock value in their schemes and through this we can frequently reduce construction expenditure and programme duration.
Health and Safety is the key to our business - the number one priority for employees and clients, we take pride in our work and adhere to the highest safety standards.
We undertake, on average, 500 days of safety training for our own staff, operatives and our subcontractors.
This includes NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, CSCS, LOLER, Temporary Works etc.
Regardless of the companies turnover and profitability, our annual budgets have remained identical to continually develop the knowledge and ability of our employees.

The company is committed to a structured approach to the management of its activities, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, regulations, and all other relevant guidance and recognised best practices.
