All steelwork fabricators within the UK will have to comply with the new legislation and becomes a legal requirement for all fabricated steelwork to be CE marked.
Viking Engineering initially began by appointing TUV UK to re-audit our quality system to EN 9001-2008 by a UKAS approved certification body.
TUV UK were then utilised to audit Viking Engineering to gain the ISO 3834 part 2 and BS EN 1090 part 2, which resulted in certification for CE marking to execution class 3.
Viking Engineering has always strived to improve as a company and therefore we hope our achievement will provide our existing and possibly new clients with added confidence in our abilities as a bespoke fabrication and welding service.
