Services
At TK Fabrications, we specialise in CNC machining, with the bespoke engineering capacity to produce complex low-to-medium batch plastic and composite parts.
Whether you require custom prototypes or end-use production components, our complete range of CNC machinery will produce superior parts with absolute precision.
Our skilled programmers each have a strong engineering background and extensive knowledge of NC code.
We utilise the very latest CAD/CAM technology and can directly import most drawing file types, resulting in outstanding machining accuracy and efficiency for our customers.
Using CNC turning centres, our engineers can create custom prototypes and end-use components featuring axial and radial holes, flats, slots and grooves for various applications and industries.
Our bar-fed CNC turning centres can work with bar stock up to 65mm in diameter and billets up to 130mm in diameter.
CNC turning can provide your business with precision-machined components in plastic or composite materials.
Our CNC machining capabilities produce components more cost-effectively, in shorter lead times, than conventional machine methods.
In order to complement our CNC engineering capabilities, at TK Fabrications we also feature a number of semi-automatic and manual machines, operated by our highly-skilled in-house engineers.
Manual milling and turning allows us to provide our customers with a quicker turnaround.
So, it is ideal for those requiring a cost-effective one-off prototype, or a low-volume batch of plastic or composite parts.
Our conventional milling and turning machinery is versatile and robust.
This allows our precision engineers to manually cut and turn a wide range of materials into varying shapes and sizes.
Our skilled engineers can cut raw materials to specific sizes, in line with the bespoke product requirements of our customers.
Our cutting techniques are both cost-effective and energy efficient, resulting in uniform, straight edges with no tapering.
We can cut any type of plastic sheet or composite material to the finished sizes you need in any quantity.
Our saws can maintain tight dimensional tolerances, giving our customers absolute confidence in the quality and accuracy of the end product.
At TK Fabrications, we do our best to maximise the yield of our materials by utilising high-quality off-cuts, as well as full sheets of material, to save our customers money.
Our in-house team of highly-skilled operatives enables us to offer a comprehensive fabrication and parts assembly service for our customers.
Whatever plastic or composite components you require, we have the equipment and expertise to get the job done at the quantities you need and at acceptable prices.
At TK Fabrications, we are regularly specified to fabricate and assemble anything from one-off prototypes and small-batch samples to high-volume production runs.
Should your part demand wire thread inserts, solder tags or any other type of fixing, we have the facilities to fulfill this requirement.
