B Tech Engineering
Our first milling project was delivered back in 1955 using very traditional processes. While our business has evolved, our family roots are as strong today as they were over 65 years ago. As demand grew and the reputation of KBG Engineering developed, the introduction of more staff became essential. We have always been passionate about having the family within the company, so Brian joined his father in the business, followed by Jenny, Brian's wife.

Brian is now the Managing Director. More recently, Brian and Jenny's son Marc has joined the family business. All three are pivotal to the continued success of KBG Engineering, and they all share the same passion for ensuring our client's needs and expectations are exceeded. Things have changed a bit since our formation in 1955, including the company's rebranding and changing of our company name in 2003 to B-Tech Engineering Ltd.

We are now AS9100 REV D accredited, with state of the art CNC machine tools, programmed on the latest Mastercam CAD system, which has dramatically reduced our lead-times.

B-Tech's newest Machining Centre; the DMG's eVo Series, which is offered for manufacturing complex workpieces.
Turning solutions are created via a process where a cutting tool works on a linear motion & the workpiece is rotated.
B-Tech Engineering Is Proud To Introduce It's Newest 5 Axis Machining Centres; The DMG eVo Series.
The eVo Series is a line of linear drive milling machines that deliver productivity and flexibility.
Rising demand for machining complex parts was the impetus for our DMU 60 eVo's and the DMU 80 eVo.
Here at B-Tech, we've already produced thousands of complex jobs on ours.
This new machine features a gantry design that maximises its rigidity and precision machining capability, an improved swivel rotary table mechanism, a space-saving design, and a linear motor drive.
We offer turned components from a wide range of materials: Aluminium, Brass, Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Speciality Alloys, Inconel, Tantalum, Titanium, Plastics, Carbon Steels and Tungsten.
We ensure consistent quality with components manufactured to Aerospace AS9100 and ISO9001:2015 standards.
We can take a prototype concept and see it through mass production and assembly.
The Apex Crysta also has a multi-axis scanning head as well as touch probe functionality.
We have also purchased the latest IM7030T from Keyence to speed up the inspection process.
Our systems operate in strict compliance with Aerospace Standard AS9100, and we offer First Article Inspections to AS9102.
New First article software from Sempre enables the measured data from Mics Verniers and other inspection equipment and can be input at the touch of a button.
All our measuring equipment is calibrated to UKAS national standards.
