Carey Consulting is a Chartered Civil Engineering Consultancy based in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. We are focused on adding value to Projects by promoting efficient and effective development strategies whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service. We have a successful track record in a number of areas related to the provision of specialist civil engineering advice and services to those involved in the development of land, in particular for residential and commercial use purposes.
On larger development projects we work together with other professionals endeavouring to promote the approval of development proposals through the planning application process. On smaller projects, involving for example single dwelling sites, we have worked for the applicant and their appointed Architect/Agent to resolve Roads Service access issues that might otherwise result in the failure of either the Planning Application or Planning Appeal.
Our involvement in Projects involves every stage of the proposal from feasibility through to detailed civil engineering design with a view to securing roads and drainage statutory approvals through to post-construction services such as road and water bond reductions, including the provision of as-constructed details.

The business was founded by Managing Director Brendan Carey, a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience of working in this particular sector.
The Managing Director is supported by a number of Graduate Civil Engineers and Technical staff who similarly have considerable experience of working in this specific area of the Industry.
In addition the team is supported by our Administrative staff.
