I entered the professional world of Civil Engineering following graduation from Nottingham University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Applied Science.
My subsequent career has been primarily in the field of Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy although I spent one year on secondment to a Civil Engineering Contractor in order to gain site experience.
