We provide a full structural design service for all types of residential properties, from small extensions and alteration works in houses and flats through to major housing schemes, multi-storey flats, sheltered housing and estates.
Where required we provide a civil design service as well as facilitate co-ordination between client, local authorities and insurance companies.

The Structural Survey service we offer is a visual inspection and assessment of the building condition followed by preparation of a Report which forms a Structural Appraisal or Evaluation.
The Report details the general construction of the building, provides an experienced Engineer's judgment on the adequacy and condition of the main load-bearing elements, paying particular attention to any significant defects such as: cracks, indications of foundation movement, for example signs of subsidence, leaning or bulging walls, wall tie corrosion, sagging floors or deformed roof structure.

CDM Co-ordinator: The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007 require projects, which are not residential and for a private client, be notified to the Health & Safety Executive.
Where applicable a client is legally obliged to appoint a CDM Co-ordinator and H T Partnership can act in this capacity.
H T Partnership can assist with issuing Party Wall Notices, liaising with adjoining owners and act as Party Wall Surveyors.
