Founded in 2001, Nero Engineering has been an established company in the North East of Scotland for over 10 years, providing light fabrication and onsite services to a variety of clients. At the time, Nero provided small fabrication services to the paper industry and local authorities but have gradually built up their client base and now provide services to many high profile companies within the Oil and Gas sector.
Nero was taken over in 2011 and expanded it's fabrication services while also adding a precision waterjet cutting service and CNC machining to fully support our manufacturing. We have a team of time served Welders and Fabricators who are highly experienced and take great pride in their work. Our team really is the core of our business and are committed to putting out quality work within tight deadlines while remaining within budget.

Our fully equipped fabrication workshops based in Dyce, Aberdeen is able to handle a large range of projects in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium.
An example of fabrication work that we routinely undertake is the manufacture of Frames, Skids, Pipework, Platforms and the majority of other General Fabrication.
All of our projects are carried out efficiently by our highly skilled work force, who are all exceptionally qualified and carry welding codes to ASME IX, ISO 15614 & ISO 15156 in a range of procedures that cover stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.

It cuts using only water and abrasive at 60,000 PSI, meaning there is no mechanical stress, heat distortion or a heat affected zone.
The waterjet machine cuts with the utmost precision and is able to handle tight tolerances and create unique designs.
It has proved itself time after time in producing a superior quality of cut.
It's able to handle considerably thick material making it a key component in our fabrication service.
