Resources are therefore focussed on engineering design, the practice is flexible and lean, while personnel are provided with the best training, rewards and equipment to do the job.

Histon Baptist Church dates from the mid nineteenth century and is in a vibrant community church in Histon on the outskirts of Cambridge.
In 2007 Roger Parker Associates were appointed with Architects, Archangel, to create and enlarge the welcome area and access to worship space.
During a subsequent phase of the work the worship area was transformed while retaining many of the architectural features including the exposed timber roof, large masonry arches, marble columns, marble baptistry and organ.
