Bowson Engineering Limited was established in 1990, based in Stoke on Trent is a family owned and run company with strong values at the heart of our business. Our core business is founded on the manufacture of Sheet metal products. In addition, we subcontract our services individually or combined; these include cnc punching, laser cutting, bending, fabrication and powder coating.
We engage with customer design and look at cost effective ways to manufacture optimising work processes to create savings. Utilising Solidworks 3D modelling software we are able to work with customers to create new products or enhance existing designs. Upon receipt of the order produced a 3d drawing using solid works, after approval manufactured and delivered to site.

The floor is 5 mm thick aluminium and the cladding is recycled plastic.

Operating a Trumpf tc200 punching machine we are able to punch shapes and perforations in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
We can punch to materials up to 4mm mild steel, 5 mm aluminium and 3 mm stainless steel.
We are able to punch louvers to a size of 60x12.
With a team of highly skilled fabricators we are able to weld mild steel and stainless steel.
Amongst the services we off we are able to powder coating in house and have local suppliers for zinc plating and galvanizing.
With our own box oven sized at 2.8 wide, 4m deep and 2.4 m tall we are able to powder coat a range of sized products.
