We can take an original concept, sketch, or thought, and using our 3D in house modelling package we are able to create virtual models of the product which can then be used to produce a working prototype.
As well as the CAD/CAM facility (as described above) we have a traditional tool room with fully trained de velopment engineers who are able to take a concept through all the stages in order to achieve an end product.

The use of our Manumould / Easimould injection moulding machines combined with our on site toolroom facilities allows us to develop and modify designs efficiently keeping costs and development time to a minimum.

With the increasing availability of powerful and compact rechargeable grinders and cutters the traditional padlock and chain can be broken into with relative ease.
Because of the unique design of Gateshield there is no obvious point of attack and the locking mechanism is protected by a heavy duty galvanized steel casting.

Our range of wrist straps are made from a highly tough and durable Elastomer to withstand the harsh chlorine/chemical rich environments of today's leisure centres which can quickly degrade standard plastics and rubbers.
This soft flexible material is also friendly to touch and hygienic unlike some Fabric straps.
Tough and durable Key is enclosed whilst wearing Numberd or unnumbered (numbers don't have to be sequential).
