South East Site Engineers
Measuring and marking out the full-size plan of a building or element of a building on site. Scanning below ground characteristics of footpaths, highways, and fields to help alleviate risk. Mapping land or structural volume, area, and span to plan for development or record keeping. Reports vibration or deformation over time via non-destructive testing and analysis techniques.

Determine the safe and stable specifications for a structure in order to carry a designated load. South East Site Engineers (SESE) Ltd is a civil, site and structural engineering survey firm trading since 2003. Based in London and operating all over the UK, we are an accredited family run firm of engineers providing BIM Level 2 Standard measured survey, structural design and construction site setting out services.

All of our engineers are employed members of staff with a long-term interest in our clients construction projects. At SESE our clients pay for something different. Everyone from our specialist setting out, measured building survey and movement monitoring engineers to our sUAV drone survey, GPR survey, structural and temporary works design engineers rarely expect you to need us on your construction project every day.
Services
South East Site Engineers (SESE) Ltd is an established civil, site and structural engineering firm that has been trading since 2003.
Based in Central London, SESE are an accredited family run firm providing BIM Level 2 Standard measured survey, structural design and construction site setting out services.
Within our team we encourage confidence, flexibility and dependability and keep an open minded view on the solution.
Our projects vary in size and complexity and include new build residential's, commercial offices, industrial refurbs, Academic buildings, solar farm installations, underground reservoirs, steel frame staircases, mezzanine/ground floor plans, RC temporary works and pile positioning.
Setting Out and Site Engineering on construction projects throughout London and the Southeast, not only do we endeavour to keep the same construction site engineer in attendance on your building project on every visit, clients rest assured that we have all of their needs covered through our range of engineering survey services.
Be it 3 times a week, once a month or twice a year.
What you pay for with us is a cost-effective project management alternative to having a professional construction site engineer in full-time attendance.
As one of our pre-construction georeferenced mapping and underground scanning services, GPR surveys help to identify utilities, reinforcement and other subsurface structures and voids by using electromagnetic energy to create an image of the subsurface using both high and low frequency radar pulses.
Trading since 2003, our Certified GPR utility mapping surveyors help alleviate construction risk and make the overall cost of development more predictable by mapping possible groundworks and preconstruction issues by delivering BIM Level 2 Standard PAS128 Type B underground GPR utility survey drawings.
Topographic Land Surveys, Subsurface GPR Utility Scans, Surface 3D Elevation Scans, Floor Plans, Cross sections, and Roof plans (pictured) are all ways we produce building information modelling (BIM) measured survey data.
As map surveyors we use a range of measured building survey techniques.
These depend on whether you are carrying out building refurbishments, right of light planning applications, historic building records, geodesic stockpile volumes or new-build phased handover validation reports; as our dimensionally accurate laser guided measured building surveys can be carried out before, during, or after a construction project is completed.
Effectively forms of measured survey, static movement, crack gauges, and construction vibration are all periodic point monitoring survey service reports that we provide to help keep track of the effect of construction on adjacent properties.
The building movement monitoring service we provide is designed to satisfy the needs of all sides of a party wall agreement as it helps provide reassurance that a construction project will not significantly affect neighbouring properties.
By monitoring structural movement, during the demolition and excavation process of construction, our building monitoring systems help satisfy the Party Wall surveyors requirements as per the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
