The Engineering Practice was incorporated in 1992. We are a well established Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy based in the Midlands, Leamington Spa and operate nationwide. We provide professional and technical advice to the property and construction industry for all aspects of mechanical and electrical building services.

Services
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, with experience in mechanical building services, to be based in our busy Leamington Spa office.
Applicants will be enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with good communication skills both verbal and written.
They will have the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the standard industry software packages such as IES, Hevacomp, AutoCAD, or Revit is required.
The ideal candidate will have experience of SBEM calculations, energy reports, EPCs, LZC reports and modelling in IES.
Applicants will be enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with good communication skills both verbal and written.
