The use of one of the world's leading sheet metal cad cam packages, RADAN, ensures accurate and highly efficient manufacturing throughout all stages of the process.
The laser gives the flexibility to produce any profile shape, without the tooling costs incurred with punching, whether a one-off prototype or a full production run.
Our stock holding in stainless steel grades 304 and 316, zintec, galvanised and hot rolled mild steel allows a quick turn-around of production and those urgent one-off profiles that are 'wanted yesterday'.
Our Bystronic and Edwards Pearson presses ensure the highest standard of precision folding.
The folding operation of sheet metal product is carried out to a very high level of quality engineering.
The two hydraulic press brake machines each have six axes allowing for constant repeatable bending to create a precise and professional result.
With a wide range of tooling, each is capable of folding between 0.5mm and 6mm and handling up to 3 metres in length.
The technology of the press machines includes a CNC graphic interface and a computerised library.
The polishing and finishing processes ensure that the final results are of the very best aesthetic quality, meeting the customer's specification and thereby guaranteeing total satisfaction with the final product.
If the finish is not available in house, we have a comprehensive network of local companies who offer galvanising, hardening, plating and powder coating.
The team of highly skilled engineers are devoted to ensuring the very best quality in product manufacture and assembly.
We use a wide range of techniques including Mig welding, Tig welding, Pulse Tig Welding, Stud Welding amongst many others.
Each of these techniques can be applied to various materials.
Our 15-tonne crane, which runs the full length of the building, allows a smooth flow of work around the workshop.
We can undertake repair work, prototypes, bespoke developments and production runs.
