E+M Tecnica is an MEP building services engineering consultancy practice specialising in demanding construction projects that require high-quality architectural standards of design. The practice has a wide range of experience in all types of construction works however, we specialise in projects such as high-end retail, travel, leisure, commercial and residential projects that require excellence in design detailing and finishes.

We believe that our role is to work with the architect or designer in the creation of a coordinated building and interior environment. Engineering services should be discreet and carefully integrated into the building fabric. We maintain a strong professional interest in architectural and interior design trends and concerns. The principal engineers of the practice all have at least ten years' experience in building services engineering consultancy and possess industry recognised qualifications.

The practice works strictly to clearly defined quality assurance and administrative systems.

Located on the roof of the redeveloped former BBC Centre in White City this restaurant was created for Endo Kazutoshi the renown Sushi master.
The restaurant is located within the Grade 2 listed Helios feature on the roof of the building and the internal design was created by Tokyo based Kengo Kuma Architects.
Our scope included the full design of the MEP services within a very constricted envelope.
Refurbishment and fit out of two office floors in Soho for an international investment client, to provide contemporary space with exposed finishes.
The scope of the circa 9,500sqft 1.2M project included new MEP services including perimeter fan coils, containment and lighting.
The Cat A design features exposed concrete columns and brickwork to internal elevations.
Northbrook is a new build house located in the Surrey Hills, an area designated as of outstanding natural beauty.
The architectural design concept is to provide a contemporary interpretation of a classic English country house and the house is arranged to maximize views across the site.
The site has no gas supply and the Client is keen to utilize sustainable design and low energy technologies.
Therefore the MEP design proposals are for a ground source heat pump system with vertical boreholes supplemented by solar hot water panels and with natural ventilation.
