From inception, we realised the need to ensure quality was at the forefront of our business therefore we took steps to become accredited with the Quality Management standard BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
As all the Directors had previous experience working to this recognised standard, we set about drafting our own specific Quality Manual.
Once this was fine-tuned and representative of our activities within the lift industry, while also adhering to BS requirements, we then instructed BSi to carry out their audit.
