AES Precision was founded in 1987 initially manufacturing components for the medical industry. Since then we have expanded to provide precision components for the medical, automotive, leisure, marine, oil and gas, cosmetics and defence industries. We offer traditional 3 axis CNC milling as well as high speed 5 axis simultaneous milling, allowing us to produce some of the most complex parts in the industry.
Our high precision components are used by some of the worlds largest manufacturing and technology companies who demand fine tolerances and perfect finish.
We have the milling capacity to handle anything from 1 off prototype work upto batch production into the 1000's.

Our quality department is equipped with full Mitutoyo CMM capabilities and all manual inspection equipment needed to complete all levels of inspection.
Not only does this aid our day to day production but means we can offer it as a stand alone service for inspection reporting and reverse engineering.
Working closely with our design team means we can produce full working drawings for legacy parts.
We offer First Article Inspection Reports (F.A.I.R) and can tailor reporting and data collection to suit client requirements.
AES is one of the largest change parts suppliers to the filling and labelling industries, specialising in the cosmetics industry.
We are able to completely engineer solutions for your lines when your product changes, or simply replace worn and damaged components.
We have recently developed our own line of quick change components to speed up line changes on many popular brands of production line machines.
