Sir Robert McAlpine engaged with Cidon Construction during the PCSA to deliver the Drainage, Substructure and Superstructure works for a landmark 614 apartment Build to Rent development in Salford Quays. Cidon had previously delivered a number of schemes with Sir Robert McAlpine and therefore we were confident that they had the ability, capacity and indeed enthusiasm to correctly plan, design and deliver what turned out to be a 12m + package of works.
