Durman Stearn is a family owned business with its roots being firmly established in the East Anglia region.
The business began its life in 1979 when John Durman founded the company under its original name of "John Durman Construction Ltd".
In 1983 John was reunited with a former colleague, Edgar Stearn, and the company was renamed as Durman Stearn (Civil Engineering) Ltd and both remain active in the business today.
Over the last three decades the company has grown in stature to become one of the most successful and well-respected civil engineering and groundworks contractors in the region, providing services to a wide range of clients.
