Excellence is assured through in-house control of the entire process from; CAD design, fabrication, leak-testing, UHV cleaning and bake-out with RGA scan if required.
HiVac Engineering is based in Hastings (East Sussex) which is a well known area for vacuum chamber manufacturing. Hivac has 14 years of experience in the field of chambers and components. With this collected knowledge and experience Hivac Engineering is expanding into providing catalogue items that can be supplied off the shelf, but will continue to work closely with clients to provide custom vacuum equipment and chambers.
Vacuum Chambers can be manufactured in Stainless steel 304L/ 316L & 316LN or solid machined from Aluminium, Hivac can accommodate small vacuum housings or Large Vacuum Chambers up to 2 meters x 3 meters.

These are then produced in 2D drawings.
Every drawing that we are going to manufacture is looked over by our team to make sure everything is accurate and everything is complete for the fabrication stage.
We are capable of accepting most file formats for our CAD design alowing us to work form customer drawings.
Hivac boasts an extensive C.N.C machine shop with 3 and 4 axis machining.
We can achieve high tolerance milling and turning.
These are then produced in 2D drawings.
