The machine downtime was affecting customer orders and a fast turnaround time was important to the client.
The existing main motor was a speed controlled synchronous motor with a pilot motor.
This arrangement was altered to a variable speed drive and induction motor.
The client was delighted with the fast turnaround, seven working days.
ELEVATOR BELT DAMAGE: Client had a problem with operators repeatedly starting a Bucket Elevator when it was jammed.
