We are based in the heart of England and specialise in the manufacture of repetitive turned components using multi-axis CNC sliding head lathes up to 32mm in diameter and 600mm in length. We can work with ferrous, non-ferrous and exotic materials, as well as nylons and plastics. We have the capability of producing complex geometrical shapes as well as simplistic parts, all of the highest quality, in batches of 500 to 250,000+ to the customer's specification and on time.
We have the technical ability to produce components to fine tolerances and surface finishes. Work with customers to develop new products, advise on design from a manufacturing point of view using most cost-effective production methods. A-Bax Precision Engineering Ltd was established in 2006 when the opportunity arose to take over an existing engineering company which had been operating from the same premises for 26 years producing carburettor jets.
