Established in 2008 Microns Precision Engineering has based its service on what we see as the customers needs of today QCD - (QUALITY product, at a competitive COST, DELIVERED on time). We have implemented our extensive knowledge of KAIZEN Lean Manufacturing techniques as a company foundation to ensure our QCD targets are achieved. Microns Precision Engineering offers fast turnaround of High precision machined components in ferrous and non ferrous materials as well as other specialist materials.
We also have experience in specialist materials such as Titanium and a wide range of plastics including Acetal, Acrylics, Nylon, Peek, PTFE and Tufnol.
Acting as an engineering consultant we can work with all our customers, offering a design for manufacture service where we can help eliminate potentially costly manufacturing flaws at a design stage.
CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Laser / CNC Sheet folding, Welding / Fabrication.
Assembly in house or Piece part Manufacture.
Engineering support of product, from Prototype (1 off) through to Manufacturing (in volume quantities).

Microns Precicion Engineering has invested heavily recently to ensure our CNC Milling equipment is the most up to date available including Modern HAAS CNC 3 and 4 axis Machining centres accurate to within 0.005mm Precision vice / fixture / 4th axis / chuck / collet work undertaken.
Laser cutting machines are CNC controlled, Drawing files via either DXF or DWG formats are easily converted into CNC code for production.
Parts nested into sheet size to return maximum yield and therefore reduce cost.
Sheetmetal folding is a method of pressing and shaping sheet metal on a Brake press in order to make containers, enclosures, cases and brackets etc.
We are able to fabricate a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum and Titanium with the emphasis on producing high quality work.
Working closely with customers within Research and Development stage of product to ensure engineering of components and assemblies are fit for purpose and achievable within budget.
We are pleased to provide a no obligation quotation for manufacturing costs based on 2D drawings / dxf files or 3D Models.
