We now operate from a 60,000 sq ft facility situated in the town of Keady, County Armagh close to the border and motorways.

Giving a capacity of 350 tonne, that can fold up to 4300mm in length and up to 20mm thick.
With expert operators we can fold to strict tolerance's and accurately achieve the specific dimensions required.
A variation in thickness of material can cause 'over or under fold' at different points down a specific length.
However our machines can adjust the bend down the length of the piece to compensate for this through automatic crowning The machines calculate the specific force required fold the work-piece, dependent on the grade of material or actual tensile strength and even material that is prone to a large degree of spring-back, such as Hardox can be folded accurately.
