The TS team has many years of experience in mechanical design and manufacture and has implemented this in a variety of industries and customers including Volvo Construction Equipment, Hitachi, and Doosan. Services
TS Engineers have a range of guardrails to provide protection whilst inspecting or working at height on excavators.
Our heavy duty range are designed to be compliant with ISO2867:2011 (Earth-moving machinery - Access systems), with the exception of foot barriers (can be included, if required).
These guardrails have been designed to withstand the toughest environments - the guardrails are fully isolated from the machine in order to prevent fatigue due to vibration.
We also have a range of light duty guardrails which are suitable for lighter duty or smaller machines.

To ensure the correct safe three points of contact whilst accessing these machines we also provide manual and hydraulic access systems.
