A building survey is an in-depth survey inspection for a property / premises.
It is advised to have a Building Survey for properties such as: Listed Buildings, properties over 50 years old, properties to be restructured or changed and, most importantly, if you are about to purchase a property or premises that has been structurally changed.
After completion of the Survey, we will present a fully detailed report detailing exactly what we have found and will discuss with you how to work with our findings.
