Services
We use the latest AutoCAD technology to produce 2D and 3D service modules, from 3m to 16m in length.
Our risers can be produced in sections of up to 16m x 4m x 4m, typically to fit onto the back of a standard articulated trailer.
These are delivered to site fully installed, pre-wired, pre-insulated and fire wrapped for full protection.
Sometimes site constraints don't allow a full packaged plantroom solution to be utilised, therefore we provide a selection of plant skids as an alternative.
Where none of the above items can be implemented due to site restrictions, we can offer a traditional welded & spooled solution.

Offsite Engineering will work closely with the client from the outset and from conception right through to delivery however big or small the project.
We are involved from the very beginning when the client or architect comes to us with their concept and our technical team will then create a raft of 3D images of the requirements and make any changes or adjustments before work begins.

Offsite are currently working with us at Worcester Royal Hospital on the complete refurbishment of four wards over two storeys on the installation of a new plant room and interconnecting pipework.
We are on a tight schedule and they have delivered and continue to do so.

Integrating with site-wide BIM models, we fully design and coordinate the prefabricated MEP services to enable continuous reviews, determining any clashing defects or design coordination issues prior to fabrication.
Full structural loading and lifting calculations are used to determine to lift and fixing points for each module, while detailed BIM coordination enables seamless onsite positioning and installation.
Once installed, we fabricate spool pieces for connection between each module, prior to final testing on site.

We offer a wide range of skid-mounted solutions, from skid-mounted pumping units to large scale full plant room skid solutions, constructed in modular form for ease of delivery and assembly on site.
