Permabond manufactures various types of adhesives with different chemistries.
This offers customers a greater choice of properties and benefits which can be matched to the requirements of the user.
TYPICAL USES: Threadlocking nuts and bolts, pipesealing threaded pipe joints, form-in-place gaskets, retaining bearings and coaxial joints.
CURE MECHANISM: Reacts with miniscule traces of moisture present on most surfaces, parts have to be held together tightly for the adhesive to cure (which is normally in a matter of seconds).

Significant increases in shipping costs and recent VAT changes, have made shipping small quantities of adhesive overseas, uneconomic for our customers, particularly for some of our products which are classed as hazardous for transport.
We have therefore, taken the difficult decision to suspend shipments to the EU and ROW via our webshop, instead referring our customers to local distributors who will be able to supply our products more economically and efficiently.
