Richard Dixon founded the business in 1982 along with his wife Sandra Dixon.
Richard's son James Dixon started working for the company in 2002 as a qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer and is now Managing Director and runs the company along with his wife Sarah Dixon who is the Office Manager.
We are members of BESCA and are successfully audited on technical ability and Health & Safety compliance annually and are able to self-certify and register our projects under Part P of the building regulations directly with the local authority.

Heat pumps have been around for years.
They are automatically installed in 90% of new homes in Sweden, 75% of new homes in Switzerland, and 30% of new homes in Germany.
In Sweden and Switzerland respectively, 50% and 35% of existing properties have now fitted heat pumps.
Heat pumps simply replace existing gas-guzzling systems.
They connect to existing heating and hot water systems, and will run an existing radiator set up.
Heat pumps can link to wet underfloor heating, and we can advise on and install underfloor heating, if it's appropriate, but that's entirely separate.
