Engineering Systems have high specification CNC machinery for producing the mechanical parts for our testing machines. Engineering Systems specialise in the production of small mechanical strength testing machines. Three different machines are available, each one having a particular range of applications, from tablet hardness testing to crack detection in hard metals and ceramics.

They are all used for research or industrial testing and are suitable for use within numerous organisations and environments. However, our production capacity exceeds the time needed to produce the testing machine parts. We offer our facilities for the production of low to medium volumes of small and medium size precision mechanical components. Please ask us for a quote.

C53 - Typically used for tablet hardness (crush) testing of Pharmaceutical tablets.
It is also used to test confectionary, typically mints and for compression testing other small items.
As of 2011, we intend to offer a complete repair service for at least another 6 years.
Either the printer electronics or the mechanism have stopped working.
Cure: Fit a new printer, or a reconditioned printer, or send us your old printer for repair.
All available from Engineering Systems.
From C50's No. C50-120-9747 the printer can be removed by unscrewing 2 screws in the outer casing.
On C50's C50-119-9737 and older, the outer casing must be removed before the printer can be accessed.
The later machines are fitted with faster printers.
Our workshop is equipped with a selection of CNC, semi-CNC and conventional machine tools.
Haas, Hardinge, Harrison, Colchester, XYZ, Jones & Shipman etc.
This selection gives us the versatility to produce a range of engineered products - from one off prototypes to medium sized batches of precision components.
We can produce quantities of the usual selection of miscellaneous parts, shown right, in 1's, 10's, 100's or 1000's.
When the part has been designed, we use our OneCNC CAM package to generate the machining data which is sent to our machine tools.
