Fan Engineering (Midlands) Limited provide a range of services for the repair, renovation and replacement of all makes of existing fans, and on site maintenance and balancing service.
We can balance on site all makes and types of fan, We use a portable Shenck Vibro test machine, and carry out a full dynamic balance.
The balance weights are normally bolted or welded to the impeller.
A balance certificate is produced when the job is completed.
By carrying out regular maintenance you can preventing expensive breakdowns and the loss of production.

We manufacture a range of standard diameters from 250 mm to 2130 mm, and four standard widths, the BL100, BL70, BL50 & NP/BC.
With this range we can develop volumes up to 170000 M3/Hr (100000 CFM) and static pressures up to 7500 Pa (30swg).
