O'Sullivan Civil Engineering was founded by Frank O'Sullivan in 2000 after spending many years subcontracting in different sectors of the construction industry from heavy civil engineering projects to small ground work RC frame jobs. OSCE operates as a contractor throughout London and South East England. Our main services are in Groundwork, RC Structures (Formwork), Basement construction and Temporary works.
We aim for the highest standards of site safety, tidiness, efficiency and environmental management. We are a member of ASUC plus, Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors, the independent trade association for the underpinning industry. This means that we have passed very strict technical and financial audits from ASUC to gain membership.
