The principal has 30 year experience in the construction industry including working for steel fabricators and small to medium size consultancies.

He then gained considerable experience of educational and institutional buildings while working within Local Government.
Later Andy worked in commercial consultancy which allowed him to broaden his experience into many other sectors where he has worked on a wide range of technically challenging projects.
