Progressively the range of services offered has increased to include a complete package; bespoke fabrication of industrial buildings was added in 1995, followed in 2000 by traditional and modern stone built structures.
The company Is now headed up by Jeff's son Andrew Braithwaite; between them having over 60 years of experience in Building and Civil Engineering and have built a reputation for providing quality workmanship and innovative solutions for their clients.

Northbridge Vending Company Ltd, a Burnley success story saw owner Craig Holt purchase a Greenfield site for development into industrial units, both for letting and his own company's expansion.
The two acre site was planned in two phases, following extensive environmental investigations the first phase began with the re-homing of a protected species the great crested newt which allowed us to progress with site clearance and installation of services.

Like everything at Dale we pride ourselves in being able to do all type of Civil Engineering work from building a 1.5m complicated foundation press pits to sewer connections.
At all stages, we work closely with the client and their agents; carrying out extensive preliminary investigations before works commence enables us to try and foresee any obstacles which are commonly found below ground.
