In 2013 we significantly invested in developing the Barbican's Garden Room, Conservatory and Terrace.
As well as renovating and refurbishing the existing infrastructure, we have increased the capacity of the venues.
In particular, the addition of a staircase to the Terrace opens up these spaces for new uses, providing one of the world's most unusual and flexible networking spaces.

Located in the heart of Mayfair on the eastern side of Berkeley Square, Berkeley Square House (built 1930s), was one of the first fully framed reinforced concrete buildings in London.
The building comprised of approximately 500,000 square feet spread over fourteen floors.
The site presented the usual challenges DCL are experts in overcoming, namely delivering innovative structural solutions in historic central London locations.

PMB Holdings entered a joint venture agreement with Westminster City Council in 2012.
