We have been appointed for the full design of the M&E design services in connection with the refurbishment and upgrade of the Caludon Centre. The Caludon Centre is a purpose-built facility, based on the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire. The project comprises the full design relating to the replacement, testing and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical services at HMP Gartree and HMP Leicester.
The consultancy services being provided are in accordance with the ACE Professional Services Agreement 2017. We have been appointed to undertake a series of due diligence reports with regard to this new student accommodation scheme.
